1. Skilled Worker with Existing Work Permit

This sub-category is for skilled workers who meet the following criteria:

• Work Experience: You must have been working in Saskatchewan with a valid work permit for at least six months.
• Job Offer: You need to have a permanent full-time job offer from a Saskatchewan employer. The job must fall under the National Occupation Classification (NOC) Matrix TEER categories 0, 1, 2, or 3, or be in a designated trade.

2. Students

This sub-category is for students who have graduated from a recognized educational institution and want to apply for permanent residency. The requirements include:

• Graduation: You must have graduated from a Saskatchewan institute or a recognized post-secondary educational institution in Canada.
• Work Experience: You should have worked for a minimum of 6 months (or 780 hours) of paid employment in Saskatchewan.

3. Agriculture Talent Pathway

• Intention to Reside: You must intend to reside in Saskatchewan as a permanent resident.

4. Health Talent Pathway

This sub-category is for healthcare workers who want to move to Saskatchewan permanently. The eligibility requirements include:

• Job Offer: You must have an SINP-approved job offer in a healthcare occupation in Saskatchewan.

5. Tech Talent Pathway
