For your application, you will need to provide the following:
1.Temporary Work Permit
You must submit a copy of your current, valid temporary work permit issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Most work permits, whether open or closed, will be accepted, including those issued under the Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel (CUAET).
You must demonstrate that you have worked at least six months (780 hours) of full-time work (30+ hours per week) in the job offered by the employer who provided you with the Job Approval Letter. The work experience must be gained under a valid work permit and must be consecutive. To support your work experience, submit one or more of the following documents:
Please note that remote work (work done outside Saskatchewan) is not eligible to be counted as in-Saskatchewan work experience for this sub-category.
To apply, you must have a permanent, full-time job offer from a Saskatchewan employer. The job must be in a National Occupation Classification (NOC) TEER level “0”, “1”, “2”, or “3,” or in a designated trade. If you hold a Canada Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel (CUAET), Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), or Francophone Mobility work permit, the job may also be in NOC TEER level “4” or “5.”
Key requirement for the job offer is that your pay and working conditions must meet Canadian standards.

Additionally, your job offer must be approved by the SINP before you apply, or your application will be rejected.
