The Minister of Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada announced a new policy for international students. International Students can work full-time off-campus during their studies. This policy will be effective from November 15, 2022, to December 31, 2023, and students will not be restricted by the 20 hours per week rule. To be eligible under this policy, the students must:
- Be enrolled in full-time post-secondary education.
- Have authorization to work printed on their study permit.
- Not be a part-time student in Canada.
