To apply for the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), applicants must meet specific eligibility requirements and submit a non-refundable $500 application fee online via Visa or Mastercard. This is the final step in completing your application submission.

Expression of Interest (EOI) Process:
Misrepresentation: If it is determined that an applicant or their representative has provided false information in their EOI profile or application to boost their points score, the Program Compliance Branch (PCB) will investigate for misrepresentation. If found guilty, the applicant may face a suspension from using the SINP for two years, or longer if it is a repeat offense.

Assessment Rating
To be considered for nomination, you must score a minimum of 60 points out of a possible 110 points on the Point Assessment Grid. The points are awarded based on five key factors:

4. Work Experience Requirements: At least one year of full-time work experience (minimum 30 hours per week) in skilled occupation over the past ten years related to the field of education. Work experience must be in high skilled (TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3) considered to be in-demand in Saskatchewan.

You must provide proof of funds to support your household during your job search after arrival. The required amount is based on your family size and must be available for at least three months before submitting your SINP application and throughout the immigration process.
Proof of funds must include official letters, statements, or certificates from financial institutions, showing a detailed transaction history for at least three months. Documents must be in the name of the principal applicant and/or spouse and include account details such as balances, transactions, account numbers, currency type, and institution contact information.
To meet the settlement fund requirement, your account must show the required amount, even at its lowest balance. Accepted funds include:

Funds such as credit cards, gold, property, businesses, or debentures are not accepted.
Additionally, you must submit a settlement plan using the IRCC Come to Canada tool. This plan provides resources and services to help with your transition to Saskatchewan. After completing the tool, you can print or email the plan to attach it to your application.
Note: Additional documentation may be requested, such as proof of children’s enrollment in the Saskatchewan education system (ages 5-17).
Applicants whose studies were conducted remotely while outside Saskatchewan are not eligible for these points.
