Overview
The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) offers a dedicated sub-category for agricultural workers who aim to become permanent residents in the province. This pathway is available to individuals who:

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants may qualify for this sub-category if they are either residing outside Canada or have legal status in Canada. However, individuals who have applied for refugee status are not eligible. Other requirements include:

If you have an open work permit and your spouse was the principal applicant in the work permit application, the SINP may request additional documentation to verify that you and your spouse reside in Saskatchewan.
Note: The SINP may request additional documents if needed.
Important: Applicants outside of Saskatchewan whose work experience was conducted remotely cannot claim this work experience.
