Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada conducted the 199th Express Entry Draw on August 4, 2021. It was limited to candidates from the Provincial Nominee Programs only. A total of 512 invitations were issued and the CRS score of the lowest-ranked candidate invited was 760.
The tie-breaking rule was also applied with the timestamp of March 5, 2021, at 22:38:31 UTC.
