Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted Express Entry Draw on December 9, 2020, and issued 5,000 ITAs to foreign nationals. The minimum CRS score needed to be invited was 469 and the tie-breaking rule was applied with the timestamp of June 4, 2020, at 22:26:05 UTC.
This draw was not a program specified, and candidates are invited from all Express Entry Programs. IRCC issued 102,350 ITAs this year till now. It is the highest number so far.
