AINP Express Entry is a provincial nominee program which allows the province to welcome skilled workers who have active Express Entry profile in the federal Express Entry profile. To be eligible under AINP Express Entry, an applicant must have at least 300 CRS score and has an intention to live permanently in Alberta and support Alberta’s economy.
AINP frequently conducts Express Entry draws and issues Nomination of Interest Letter to potential applicants from the federal Express Entry pool. The AINP conducted 3 draws this year so far and issued 350 Nomination of Interest Letters. A total of 200 invitation letters were issued during the last draw on February 10, 2021, and the CRS score of the lowest-ranked candidate was 301.
Selected candidates must submit an application to AINP to receive a nomination certificate. Additional 600 scores will be added to their Express Entry profile once they accepted the nomination, and it will increase their chances to get Invitation to Apply (ITA) in the next Express Entry Draw.
